Groundhog is a leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping services in New England. This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Peloton Advisory LLC.

Groundhog provides comprehensive recurring landscaping and turf care services, snow & ice management services, hardscape project construction and material distribution to both commercial and residential accounts in New England.
In support of a private investment firm, Five Points Capital has partnered with Todd Bahan, Founder & President, and his management team, who will continue to lead the business and will retain a significant ownership interest in the Company following the transaction.
