This transaction is the successful culmination of an initiative led by Peloton Advisory LLC to divest Optometrics from Dynasil Corporation of America (“Dynasil”) while ensuring the longevity of the brand, continuity of employment for all employees and strengthening the technical capabilities for the loyal customer base.
